He is the 4th generation Bougary building the family business. An entrepreneur and a true leader in the real estate business building one of the largest Crowne Plaza hotels in the world in an effort to transform the business from locally developed and managed real estate serving pilgrims to internationally recognized brands like the Crowne Plaza and work with multinationals like the IHG group.
The vision is to expand the pilgrims business in Mecca and venture into the tourism business which is now flourishing in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He is 5th generation Bougary. Eissa comes with an extensive experience in operation and communication. He has more than 25 years of experience in building communication solutions. He is also the first Bougary to venture outside the family business to create three different successful businesses. An experience that helped him add new dimension to the family business. Eissa is now currently leading the Crowne Plaza development, the largest Crowne Plaza in the world. He is also leading the development of two boutique hotels, one in Mecca and one in Taief as initiatives to take the family business beyond the traditional pilgrims only real estate development and more into the larger tourist business which is experiencing high growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

She is heading the business development. She is responsible for the business transformation to expand beyond the business of pilgrims. She is in talks with boutique hotel operators, tourists operator and developing a comprehensive plan for the expansion of the business. She is the youngest 5th generation Bougary.
Mr. Osama has more than 25 years with extensive experience in finance and accounting sectors. He holds the position of CFO at Bougary Group since September 2009.Throughout his career, Mr. Osama held several leadership positions, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Egypt.
